OLPX DeFlux (VOB7) Flux Remover

OLPX DeFlux (VOB7) is a high-performance universal flux residue remover designed for cleaning electronic assemblies after soldering. Its specially formulated solvent blend rapidly penetrates the structure of flux residues, effectively dissolving and removing both fresh and hardened deposits. The formulation also helps remove ionic contaminants remaining after the soldering process that may adversely affect the insulation performance and long-term reliability of electronic assemblies.

The optimized solvent system provides excellent cleaning efficiency, controlled evaporation, and leaves no visible residue when used correctly.

Key Features

Excellent penetration into flux residues.
Rapidly dissolves fresh and hardened flux residues.
Effectively cleans printed circuit boards (PCBs), SMD, BGA, and other electronic assemblies.
Optimized evaporation provides sufficient contact time to dissolve stubborn flux residues while minimizing drying time.
During testing on a SIR test board with 0.25 mm conductor spacing, a thin film of OLPX DeFlux (VOB7) exhibited an insulation resistance greater than 1 GΩ, measured at 250 V using an insulation resistance tester (megohmmeter), demonstrating the low electrical conductivity of the residual product film.
Mild odor.
Clear, colorless liquid.
